did not see this before, but google booksearch is integrated with google earth and will show location related books. nice!

gps2aperture - see where your photos where taken in google earth

don't know how I could live without it. by far the most useful aperture plugin so far. we use gps for all outdoor photoshoots for quite a while, now we can easily see where photos have been taken with a click. also recommended is houdahgeo - getting gps data into the raw files and on google earth tracks.

nice easter egg in google earth 4.2 - the google flight simulator. press cmd-opt-a (ctl-opt-a in win) and choose from a f16 fighter or a sr22 4seater propeller plane. a lot of fun.
